Paying for AA Party - 29 May 2010
Over the last couple of weeks a few people have
offered to pay for the Big GLA 20 Year Party on Saturday May 29th.
I'd resisted, in the hope that with more people joining our Facebook group,
everyone would have to make less of a contribution.
However, I think that as some people have booked flights it is only fair that we now confirm as much as possible at this stage. And as a venue is pretty pivotal to our night, we get this firmed up now.
As such, it would be helpful if everyone (who hasn't yet) could email me at
markdimeo@googlemail.com
with their personal email address - from there I'll be able to advise on payment into a dedicated Paypal account for the Party.
To cover all our costs, I propose the following -
Venue Hire - £8 each
Buffet - £7 each
TOTAL COST - £15 per head*
*I still hope that those who are faced with the cost of an international flight/hotel won't have to pay this amount.
